Each year in the month of August we always celebrate the month of language . This event represents the importance of using this language in communicating with each other. In each every other year they organize different types of contest's like "tagisan ng talino", essay writing, poster slogan making and many more enjoyable activities.
Language is one of our way to express our feelings or emotions to each other in the way of writing and speaking. Our past president Manuel L. Quezon declared that "tagalog" language should be as our national language in the Philippines and Our national hero Dr. Jose Rizal ones said " Ang hindi magmahal sa sariling wika ay higit sa hayop at malansang isda" this words gave importance in loving our own language.
It is the great success being a Filipino because I have my own language to use to communicate with others and I'm much proud to be a Filipino.
